We want every guest to have a relaxing, enjoyable stay. These simple policies help us keep Pointe West beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming for everyone.
Registered Guests Only
Pointe West is a private resort. The property, amenities, and facilities are reserved exclusively for registered overnight guests. Visitors and outside guests must be approved in advance and be subject to guest pass fees.
Quiet Environment
Pointe West is designed for rest and relaxation. Parties, excessive noise, large gatherings, rowdy play and disruptive behavior are not permitted. Please observe quiet hours and be considerate of other guests.
Non-Smoking Property
Pointe West is a smoke-free property. Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated outdoor smoking areas. Smoking in or near guest rooms, on balconies or decks will result in a minimum of a$250 fee.
Dog-Friendly
We welcome well-behaved dogs! All dogs must be pre-registered before arrival. Unregistered pets are not permitted. Owners are responsible for keeping pets under control, cleaning up after them, and ensuring they do not disturb other guests are cause harm to the rooms or resort property.
Pool & Amenities
For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, all guests are expected to follow posted pool rules. Pool access is reserved for registered guests and pool pass holders. Please use only towels provided a the pool rather than your room towels. There is an emergency phone provided at the pool. This is strictly for 911 calls only.
Room Occupancy
Guest rooms have maximum occupancy limits. Standard occupancy is two guests, with select accommodations allowing up to four. Please reserve the room that best fits your group.
Children
For safety, children under the age of 6 are not to be booked in our balcony rooms. We recommend first- floor accommodations for families with young children. We reserve the right to change your room reservation to a lower level should you accidently book a balcony room with young children.
Drone Use
To protect the privacy and enjoyment of our guests, recreational or commercial drone use is not permitted without prior approval from management.
Illegal Activity
Pointe West maintains a safe and family-friendly environment. Illegal drugs, underage drinking, disorderly conduct, or other unlawful activity will result in immediate removal from the property without refund and may be reported to local authorities.
Commercial Activity
Commercial photography, videography, content creation, workshops, events or other business activities are not permitted without approval from Pointe West.
Minimum Stay
A two-night minimum stay may apply during weekends, holidays, special events and other peak travel periods.
Respect for the Property
Please help us care for Pointe West by treating the property, furnishings, landscaping and shared spaces with respect. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during the stay.
Linens & Towels
Please help us care for our luxury linens and towels. Hair dye, self-tanners, tanning oils, makeup, acne treatments containing benzoyl peroxide, and other products can cause permanent damage to linens and towels. If you use these products, we kindly ask that you bring your own towels or take precautions to protect our linens and furnishings. Guest may be responsible for the replacement cost plus 20% for permanently stained or damaged items.
We have provided makeup wipes and towels for your convenience as well as extra “ecru colored” towels. Please do not take room linens to the pool or outside your room. Pool towels are available at the pool.
Weather & Outdoor Areas
Outdoor amenities maybe temporarily closed due to weather or safety concerns. We appreciate your understanding as guest safety is always our highest priority.
Wildlife & Nature
Our property is surrounded by beautiful Ozark wildlife. Please do not feed or disturb wildlife, and help preserve the natural environment by disposing of trash properly and respecting the landscape.
Umbrellas
We ask for the safety of guests and to keep our outdoor umbrellas from strong wind gusts, that you please retract them and strap the cloth to prevent damage.
Lost & Found
Items left behind will be held for a limited time whenever possible. Guests are responsible for shipping costs if items are requests to be returned.
Fire Safety
Fireworks, open flames, unauthorized campfires, candles in the rooms and the discharge of firearms are prohibited anywhere on property.
Damage & Excessive Cleaning
We realize accidents happen. Please let us know ASAP if there has been damage to the property or a guest in your party. Guests are responsible for any damage to rooms, furnishings, or resort property beyond normal wear and tear. Additional cleaning and repair charges may apply when necessary.
